Katybugs communion

Three weeks away and counting I am too busy making her gown and trying to find styles for both of my girls. I am also starting back to work this weekend. There is just not enough time in the the day and not enough energy in my body!

Sorry I have been among the missing but with katybugs Communion comming up I have had alot of work to catch up on. I have a communion gown to make as well as beading to be done on my neices gown and veil, my family has 4 communions in 2 weeks. I will be back and posting soon as the dust settles. I will post some pictures of her gown as well and the hairstyle I finally wind up doing.

The girls at thier review day for twirlers

I know this isn't hair related but maybe it is lol, I just wanted to post pics of my girls at thier review day. They both hve been invited to try out for the travel team. I am so proud of them they only started twirling in September.

Finally !!!

I finally did it I figured out how to add somepictures of my beautiful girls. Here are just a couple of the styles we have been working with:

This is a cheaters headband but we brought it over the rest of the hair Very 70's.

I think Jenn called this a notty headband we were able to change this from piggs to a pony

Not so reluctant now huh! I think she is getting the hang of this. lol.

I think this one was something with a y? She really liked this one.


I have to go for now but will try to post our new style once a week.

For now I will let you know a little about my girls, Mushie is 9 and has pin straight blonde shoulder length hair, who covets curls, and Katybug is 8 with very tightly curled dark brown with red hilights dry- just brushing her shoulders wet- way past her shoulder length hair who covets straight hair. LOL such is my life. I will be posting pictures later. This started as a quest for easy styles to do a on dozen girls v=for my katybugs makeover birthday party, jenn From the blog girly do's by Jen helped me alot. The party was a huge sucess and everyone loved the girls hair styles. I have even been asked to do several girls for special ocations. I can't seem to find many places to get Ideas from for my curly girl so what I do find i will post for other bloggers with curls to read. I will update more later.
